Instant Draw Finality
Because draws on The Secret Box are conducted in real-time with instant prize reveal outcomes, all completed secret box draws are absolute, non-modifiable, and strictly non-refundable. Please review all terms before initiating a draw.
01Unused Wallet Deposits
Funds deposited to your internal wallet that have not been spent on secret box draws may be requested for a manual refund.
To request a refund of your active unused wallet balance, you must submit a ticket to our support team containing your transaction proof. Approved wallet refunds are credited back to the original source account within 5 to 7 business days, minus standard payment gateway handling commissions.
02Failed / Interrupted Transactions
In the rare event of a network outage or API error interrupting a transaction where funds are deducted from your bank account but do not reflect in your platform wallet:
Please coordinate with our support team. Once the payment log is verified in our database audit trails, the balance will be manually added to your wallet within 12 hours.
03Agent Commission Payouts
Withdrawal requests submitted by partner agents are validated against referral records. If any referral accounts are flagged for fraudulent activities or fake transaction proofs, the withdrawal will be withheld pending complete manual audit.
